Today didn't have too much on the agenda so we got to take it somewhat easy. At 10:00 we left the hotel to head out to get Gracies passport. Unlike most of the tasks that need to be completed in order to adopt from China, this one was very fast. We walked in and Kiki handed them all of the paperwork. They called our name, looked at my passport to make sure I was me, looked at Grace to make sure she was herself and gave us the passport. So it took about 10 Minutes for the whole group to get finished. I think it might be a world record. After we got the passports, we headed over to Porcelain Street to check out what we could find on the porcelain market. We went to a relatively small store but the owner was very nice and willing to work deals with us. I managed to stike a good deal on a set of Chinese bowls and spoons to bring home. Since we were all porcelained out it was time to head to lunch at the Prince Music Cookroom. I don't know where the name came from but they do play music and have 4 people dancing on the stage at times. The food was really good, and one of the dishes was probably the hottest thing I have ever eaten. It was even good (at clearing my sinuses). There are also some good pictures of some of the fresh sea food they have there. I hope you enjoy. Well tomorrow we are heading out at 8:30 to take the journey out to Tonggu where Gracie was living. We have been told that we will not be able to visit the orphanage because of a provincial policy about visiting the orphanage on the same trip as when you adopt. They say that you are welcome to visit if you return for a second visit in the future. I am excited am can't wait to see Gracies town. I will check back in when we return from the trip to Tonggu.
